Puppy Love Grooming

I dropped them at 9:00 and picked them up at 12:30. They're fine. I don't have any problems with them. My experience is wonderful. Price is comparable to everybody in this area. They are very good. They are very nice.

I took my two dogs to Puppy Love and the name says it all.  Lynn and her assistant are absolutely amazing.  My dogs were groomed exactly as I requested and the pups were happy and had no anxiety that they had with other groomers.  She went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the services before I left.  I highly recommend Puppy Love and will continue to use them as long as I live in this area.

She's great! It's about $60 each. My next trip will be a haircut.

Lynn (owner) exceeded my expectations. When I got Toaster back he was perfect. I could tell that Lynn had a true love for dogs. I am definitely bringing him back.

This was my first time using Puppy Love for grooming of my 10-year old pup Maggie. I won't lie - I was hesitant at first because I've used another grooming company for years, but Maggie's regular groomer was out of town and I needed service asap. The receptionist at Puppy Love was able to fit me in within a couple of days and was very courteous and professional upon my arrival. I was contacted within the time frame I was told Maggie would be ready and the grooming aspect was more than satisfying. I will definitely be using Puppy Love in the future. Thanks Lynn!

Dropped them off and told Lynn what needed to be done. Lynn always speaks to the boys when I get there and calls them by name. She is a very loving person.

My dog looked like a completely different dog. He had long flowy typical Pomeranian fur and I told her to shape him up, nothing drastic. I also requested shorter ears. She completely removed all the hair around his ears making it similar to that of a cat. She chopped off the tip of his tail and shortened his fur drastically, which and made him look like a terrier. Around his face was cut very unevenly, I could have done a better job myself. It has been a year and his hair is almost back to normal. Also failed to warn me it was cash only and I had to go to the ATM after I tried to pick my dog up the 1st time. If you have a Pom DO NOT go here!

Puppy Love Grooming is not a fancy, all-the-bells-and-whistles kind of establishment. Please don't let the exterior of the place fool you. What Puppy Love Grooming lacks in an expensive venue and flashy equipment, they MORE than makes up for in the care they have for you and your pet. Walking in Puppy Love is like walking into your best buddy's house. Lynn and the entire staff, including Drew, Tara, and another young lady (whose name escapes me), all thoroughly love the animals and treat them instantly as they would their own animals. I was immediately struck by how calm all the other puppies were while they waited their turn to be groomed. We have been to other groomers where pandemonium ensued! Our Siberian Huskey,Tetley, looked great and was carefully groomed right down to his paws, but more importantly I know he was treated like family. While there, I mentioned to Lynn that my dog was going in for oral surgery, and how we were struggling with the price tag. She contacted the vet who works with her and he indicated that he could provide the same procedure for significantly less. Also, Instead of waiting 3 weeks, we were scheduled for two days later. As a result I had the opportunity to observe the Puppy Love crew again. I popped back in after I left Tetley for surgery and could hear his distress and that he was beginning to upset the other pooches, so I asked if I could sit back in the kenneling area with him. There I was able to witness first hand how each animal is loved, talked to, reassured and groomed in such a way that everybody seemed content to just wait their turn. Dr. Stone and his wonderful assistant Sharon also share the same capacity for caring for you and your pet in a way that makes you feel as though you have known them all for years. I had car troubles AFTER my dog was done and loaded in the car. First Dr. Stone said he would follow me to the repair shop after his last patient. Not wanting me or my dog to wait, his assistant Sharon followed me instead. I spoke to Lynn several times and texted regarding my dog's well-being, and the next morning I received a text: "How's my boy?" For anybody that truly wants the best grooming, but more importantly, the best care for your four-legged family member, I cannot recommend Lynn and her staff more highly!

Did a great job at the best price. Torree has been afraid of prior groomers. Not Lynn! Torree was full of energy when she left. Torree will be groomed by Lynn the rest of her life (Lynn's or Torree's, whoever comes first!)

Although Lynn was not at the shop when I dropped my dog off, I was able to speak with her on the phone and voice a few quick concerns before the appointment because I was a first-time customer. She was very attentive and seemed to genuinely be interested in my comfort level. She even called me a while later to ask for clarification on something instead of making the assumption on her own.
Before I knew it, my very hairy dog was washed, shaved, nail-clipped and ready for pick up just 2.5 hours after I dropped him off. When I arrived, he seemed happier than he's ever been after a groom and looked great too. Lynn was very nice and took a few minutes to answer questions about dental cleanings and give me a christmas ornament before I left.
Overall, I was very relieved and happy with the appointment and will definitely use Lynn and Puppy Love for future groomings.

She greeted us at the entrance and gave us a warm, welcome feeling. She gave advise and suggestions and was very helpful.
After the grooming was complete, I was very pleased with the results. My doggy seemed relaxed and unstressed.

Even with specific (and difficult, I might add) directions from the vet, things went phenomenally. Our pup was super happy - even napping when we got there - so he was obviously comfortable :) He looked great! The staff and owner was more than accommodating and we didn't have to wait all day to pick him up ... they called when it was done. I am so very pleased with Puppy Love Grooming and Lynn (the owner) and highly recommend them!
