+ -1 moreThey are all over New Orleans. The young lady that I dealt with is very nice, but the corporate office is very slow on getting me my money. They collect it on the first, and I don't get it till almost the 20th of the month. That is too long, and I am not dealing with them again. They charge me 10% of the rent.
Description of Work: I used Gardner Realty. The corporate office collects the rent.
