I was advised in advance how much each appliance would cost to repair. Diagnosis of the problems was very quick and efficient. They came out a few days later and replaced the bearings/rollers and belts for the dryer. We decided not to repair the icemaker this time. Great service!

Came out promptly but was told nothing wrong with freezer. $75.00 service fee paid. Was told the door was not closed tightly, that probably not closing door all the way. Day later the freezer was defrosting again after making sure I completely closed door and that nothing was blocking it from closing. Called him back twice and kept being put off and they did not bother to call back to make appointment to follow up. Not very professional in my opinion. Not a way to do business. Ultimately I decided to buy a new one instead of having to pay someone else a fee plus labor plus parts. When emptying freezer to move out, it was noticed that the gasket on the bottom of the door was coming off. It took me maybe 5 minutes to fix the problem. Has worked ever since. Point being is that he told me the door closing securely was the problem so that is something he should have checked out, I am not complaining about the service fee but the poor sevice I received. Would never recommend this business.

The repairman was terrific. He new the 7 or 8 part number by heart! On a scale of 1-10 he gets an 11 or 12!! They were number one on your list and a "WINNER'

It went well. Stove needed an "igniter" and has worked better since it was installed, on the spot, in minutes. We learned dishwasher's motor was faulty & decided not to replace it, due to prohibitive cost.

It's an old machine, but the repair pro had the necessary part in his truck, and was able to quickly install it and explain to me how it worked and why it was necessary (he showed me the old part, which was falling to bits)--I was grateful and interested. He was on time, and the whole thing lasted less than an hour. Excellent work. the washing machine runs like new now.

The technician was professional and friendly. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. In fact, the work was completed in about 15-20minutes. The only thing that soured the experience was the price.

James arrived exactly on time, brought a replacement part based on my description of the problem only and without even having seen the appliance, and fixed it in one visit. A previous repair person from another company told me he couldn’t even figure out what was wrong. He gave us some tips on how to diagnose future problems too. I’m very excited I didn’t have to replace a pretty expensive refrigerator like I feared.
