James was hired to correct and repair work done by another company. Absolutely no problem referring James to others in need. On time, knowlegeable, very pleasant and fair pricing. Have other work that I will be using this company for.

James and his crew was very informative. Great value and easy to get in contact with. They finished the job in a timely manner even with all the rain happening and checked everything. Even came back a few days because the circulating pump was not compatible and replaced it for free.

I was very impressed with James the owner of Prime Building Maintenance & solutions. This company is so complete he found issues from a previous contractor that I wasn’t aware of. James Pellegrini the young owner hires good people trustworthy people to work for him. I will hire him in a heartbeat for anything else I need repaired.

I was very impressed with how quickly I was contacted by approved & licensed plumbers once I submitted an inquiry on Angi. Prime Solution’s owner, James, was polite and business-like regarding the service that I needed in his initial contact with me. Today, he was very punctual in his arrival, explained what his task would involve, and provided a written estimate of the cost of parts and labor. The cost of reviewing the project goes toward the actual total cost upon completion of the task. I was informed that when a contract is signed his goal is to have his staff arrive within 36 hours to begin the job. Once the contract was signed, he left and within a short period of time, he returned with a new electric water heater, and performed the labor with one of his employees. I am so impressed with this company that I immediately asked him to perform a 2nd task. Prime Solutions also does electrical, air conditioning and many other services — residential as well as commercial. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to everyone needing the services provided by this company. I have been displaced because of Hurricane Ida and my current, temporary residence is very old, so I already know there will be at least a 3rd call in the future. All done in one day

James and I discussed the tank versus tankless options. I decided to go back with a 50 gallon tank hot water heater. James and his assistance worked with us to get the old hot water heater removed from my premises and installed the new hot water heater. I am exceedingly pleased with their professionalism and desire to please my wife and I (the customers)

I have used this service 2x now. This guy is a good communicator, plumbing work was I thought competitively priced (let's face it, plumbing is never cheap) he was quick with responding and confirming appointments, and very tidy. And the work was good. I would highly recommend.

Excellent, he contacted Sunday early and was there in 35 minutes. Did his jobe very professional, promt. He is very respectful and knowledgeable. Very satisfied and would recommend Prime for any other job.

Prime got the job done exceptionally well and at a reasonable price. Had a Whole House pressure relief valve and Expansion tank installed. After arrival I asked for another job with s Sense Electrical analyzer and installed without any obvious problems because Sense is work fine now. I would recommend Prime for any Electrical or Plumbing job you might have.

The owner was very responsive. But I expected our toilet to be repaired with manufacturers equivalent parts (it was not), and he had to send someone out a second time because it was not installed properly. They also stopped a leak in our cold water knob in the shower, but since then pieces of gunk have been coming out whenever we turn the knob.

Because my house was not built on a cement slab, about 3ft of water has accumulated under my home, which could lead to foundational issues, termites and mosquitos. James and his team worked for several days to drain the water from under my home, fill the holes with sand, add a French drain system, add a sump pump, and added extra gravel and sand to ensure that water that drained from my neighborsâ property did not drain onto my property. It was a lot of hard work, but James made sure that I understood what needed to be done and why. He also gave fair pricing for his work. I am glad that chose to hire him to resolve my issue.

This pro changed the dollar amount quoted after the work was completed. I would not recommend this contractor.

I contacted Prime for my water heater. unfortunately, they couldn't find the necessary parts to fix my water heater so i purchased a new one. they installed it and after 15 minutes, the water was perfectly hot. Great Job!!!

Owner came into my home and started wandering around looking for cardboard and became upset when I told him not to. On the phone he promised whatever the plumbing problem, he could resolve in a day and could cost up to $2,000. Once on the job the scope kept increasing, needing more days at an unspecified price. Became upset as I was asking question and decided to leave the job. Agreed to pay him $200 diagnostic fee, and he intentionally disrespected me by shaking my fathers hand and then turning his back to me.

These guys did a good job

He installed a water heater for me in less than 2 hours including driving to pick it up. He did great work for a couple hundred bucks cheaper than everyone else I had found. I'll keep this guys card and call him the next time I need anything.
