I worked with Chris and he was wonderful. It turned out that he could fix my radio without even charging me.

We went to the business and made an appointment for Tuesday March 20, 2012 between 10:30 and 11:00 am. We live approximately 50 miles away but arrived on time. They told my husband that he had an appointment the following day and they couldn't do anything for us because the tech was out on a "big job". I told the man he was incorrect I have an appointment card at home written by one of their employees with the day and time of the appointment. I told him this was really awful because we will end up wasting gas and driving over 100 miles for nothing. This man starts screaming at me in front of other customers and comes right to the point of calling me a liar. We left and before I did I told him I was going to put in a negative report on Angie's List because of the poor business practice. My husband felt they got the offer of a "big job" so sent the tech out and the h*** with our little job. Later in the day I emailed them a photo of the appointment card and let them know I did not appreciate the insinuation I was lying. After that they called repeatedly wanting to do the tinting job for "free" ( we had already gone to another company and had it done) I told him I was not interested and I expected the person who screamed at me to be reprimanded and I also expected an apology. I got not what I would call an apology but an admission they screwed up, especially when they saw the photo of the appointment card, they knew they had made a serious mistake. I would never patronize any business where a complete stranger feels they can behave in a threatening manner and scream in your face, I don't care who they think they are.
