Kevin came out promptly to do the measurements and provide an estimate. He then worked patiently with us to figure out the finances (we paid for part of it and did 6-month no interest financing on the rest). The installers came out right on schedule and moved quite a bit of furniture in order to replace the carpet. Some of the furniture like the heavy antique sideboard was not the easiest thing to disassemble, move, and put together again but they did--and without any damage or scratches! The installers discovered that the people who installed our previous carpet took a lot of shortcuts, which required Premiere to replace all of our nail strips along the walls. They then laid new padding and carpet and did a super nice job installing it--can't see any seams, there was no damage to our baseboards, etc. Our install was a complicated one--we have a wired burglar alarm system so they had to use a lot of care to avoid nailing a wire. We also had a lot of nooks and crannies--closets, winding hallway, and lots of stairs into our sunken living room. Gary, the owner, came out to inspect the job and made sure that we were completely satisfied with the carpet job, and we are!
