 + -1 moreThey are very well equipped. It's very nice, it's clean. People are friendly. I found it very good for older people, like me. They have classes for senior citizens and that really makes it enjoyable for older people.

Description of Work: I have been a member for two months now. They have great facilities with wonderful staff and a signficant variety of daily classes. There is an adequate supply of both cardio, free weight, and machine weights for workout purposes.
