They refused to give my dog prescriptions that he needed for heart failure because they said I had not paid my bill of $625.00. However, the receptionist told me that I could part of the bill and pay the rest "later." They withheld medication from my Yorkie who has congestive heart failure until such time as I paid $625.00 which was for one day's services, and she was there approximately one hour.

They could reduce their prices. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean.

So far we have been going hear for 6 months with out new puppy. All services have been performed professionally and to our satisfaction. The knock on this place that we hear is that the staff tends to turn over a bit. We have not experienced this yet. I guess time will tell. The facility seems to be well kept and clean.

I have been taking my three dogs to these guys ever since they were puppies. Pet Care Center and Dr. Steve have been with us through thick and thin. When I had to have my poodle put down 13 years ago they were so kind and caring. They even sent me a sympathy card a few days later, signed by the whole staff! Their new facility is amazing. A few months ago one of my aged Boston Terriers had some eye issues and they had to remove one of her eyeballs. It was scary for me but I knew my dog was in good hands - sure enough,she came through it fine and the Center was very good about following up with me. They want to have a long-term relationship with you and they make you feel like they really value you and your pet. Would recommend Pet Care Center to anyone.

Went well. Doctors are good and caring; however the staff changes frequently and sometimes lack professionalism and efficiency.

I like them a lot. They are very caring. It's a beautiful facility. They are open 24 hours for emergencies. They also have boarding and a great outside care.

I saw that they had six good reviews. The quality of care was excellent. They sedated her to groom her, as well as the surgery, so I think the price was reasonable. This was my first time at Pet Care Center, but I will continue to use their services in the future.
