They were fine. I haven?t had any problems. However, it could be a coincidence that whatever he used bothered my eyes. He was very polite and punctual. He was just efficient.

The interaction was fine. He answered our questions. The price was reasonable. The only thing I didn't like was apparently a lot of pest management companies are now using a different type of treatment, like a bait trap as opposed to just spraying chemicals. He didn't seem to know much about it or use it.

We had a nasty roach infestation in our kitchen. They were everywhere, including in my dishwasher door. He came out and sprayed. A few days later we started finding them dead everywhere. As gross as it sounds, we were so excited!

After inspecting my property and showing me where the termites were active, he called another company who he said specialized in termites. He requested his friend come to my house as soon as possible and arranged an appointment for me later the same day. I appreciate someone who is smart enough to know when to call a specialist. I think it speaks well for this company and their integrity. While I didn't actually engage his services, he spent close to an hour here without charging me anything. He was a nice man who actually did me a great service.

This place seemed reasonable in their price. They also helped me find where to get the chemicals for dirt cheap so that helped too. As we walked around the property, the guy really explained everything to me. We went over everything in about one hour. I did feel confident that I could do the job after he left.
