Steve provided the written proposal. I obtained 2 other proposals, then met with Steve to sign the proposal. It rained during installation causing ceiling damage at one house. Eric viewed the damage and sent a paint crew to repair the ceiling. I was very happy to receive the senior discount as a member of Angie's List.

Repairman arrived on schedule, selected replacement shingles to match existing type and shade and installed roofing patch material, then installed replacement shingles. He also asked if the work met my approval and if I had any questions. He was polite and professional and promptly started work on the roof.
I was satisfied with the repair and indicated that to him. I also indicated that if/when I needed roof services, I would contact Perdomo.
There is no leakage at the repaired location and we are comfortable with the Perdomo's services.

They were great. The roof is fixed. We're entering the rainy season here, so it will get lots of exposure to precipitation.

Job went great, Shane was very professional, kept me posted on when the job would be done and checked the job after. We had a downpour the following day and I didn't have any leaks.
