Walter did a great job and we've decided to start an ongoing relationship with him for continued service. I've found him highly responsive, and he includes things like weeding in our overgrown flowerbed and taking care of excess fig vines kn the buipding before they get out of hand. I also appreciate his wilingness to work out a schedule and sercice that fits our needs and budget. Recommended without hesitation.
