Water Heater Service, Plumbing
They canceled on us the day of our appointment citing a "scheduling conflict". When the repairman finally showed up he spent almost NO time inspecting the water heater before suggesting a full replacement that would cost us over $3K. There was essentially no real diagnosis done on the water heater to ensure a replacement was necessary.
