Insurance Agencies
As a long-time customer of State Farm, the response to a minor change in the homeowners policy was answered by a complete cancellation of my policy. Fortunately, I have secured a homeowners policy with another company: more coverage at a much better price. However, the lazy and ill-informed agent the the people who work for her, particularly Matt Theil, was very annoying to put it mildly. This agent is simply not worth the trouble, there are other, better informed agents offering reasonable prices for insurance products.
