Mary was not honest with the insurance company when I was trying to get flood insurance on our house. She was not honest about the year the home was built and was trying to avoid me having to get a flood elevation. However, she did not tell me this and I would not have agreed to it. And three weeks before the closing of my house I went to confirm my insurance and I told the truth about when the home was built. Then I had to come up with the money for a flood elevation right before the house being bought. I confronted her about it and she said she didn't really know when the house was built. I told her yes, I do know when the house was built.
