What began as a projected 1 1/2 to 2 day job turned into at least six days, over a two week period; there were no serious unanticipated problems involved; the plumber was without a helper most of the time and worked 3 - 6 hours a day, and was very slow. The high prices and methodical work did not translate into high quality -the work was good to mediocre in quality, and took way too long. They did not clean up after themselves all that well, and the pace of work was excrutiatingly slow. Had to take off of work each day to watch them work at a snail's pace - they had to have someone at the house while they worked. They tried to repair a clogged faucet and succeeded only in breaking it. I would never hire this company again and would strongly advise you not to either. High prices, mediocre quality, take forever to do the work.
