The Salesman was prompt and professional. Installation went great as the job was completed sooner than they predicted. Installers were clean and there was nothing for me to clean when the job was completed.

Installation was prompt in and out in one day. Then noticed that the functionality of the windows was tight and difficult. No assistance provided to resolve and several years later a screw was missing in one of the locks and again no assistance to resolve. I replaced screw and cracked one window pane and we were told the entire window had to be replaced at a cost higher than originally purchased. I would not recommend doing business with this company.!!!! Company does not assist once initial installment is completed.

Everything went well, installers were on time, worked well, explained everything when finished. We had several heavy rainstorms a couple of days after our install and windows worked great. Plus installers did a nice job cleaning up and even dusting after they were finished with the install.

You get what you pay for.

LAS was amazing! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs windows replaced. The workers were very professional & courteous. The windows look great and are very high quality. I plan on recommending LAS to anyone who is looking to replace their windows in the future!

It went GREAT!!! They came out and started installing my windows. It was scheduled for 3 days. They had all 14 windows installed in one day. It started pouring rain and they still worked right through the rain. They did have to wait until the rain stopped to seal the outside edges, but its perfect and the windows are beautiful. I have had my new windows for 4 days now and I am already saving energy. My NEST thermostat is telling me its only running about 3 hours a day now instead of 8-10.

Horrible. The windows were installed in February. Screens did not fit. They said that the screens would be replaced with ones that fit in a few days. It is three months later and they still have not replaced the screens after many calls and broken promises. When I call the original salesman, Garett Wibel, and tell him the problem, he asks me to call the office and try to straighten it out. Isn't he the guy that is responsible for making sure the product he sold is completed? He apparently wants me to do his work for him......which I did end of doing. Called the office several times. Still no screens three months later.

Went smoothly. There was a slight misunderstanding for scheduling the meeting back in June with the contractor to take window measurements. They were told to call a day in advance so we could arrange to leave the gates unlocked but didn't call until the day of but they were very friendly and the crew cleaned up well after themselves after the install and they even moved the panels into our garage for storage so we didn't have to move them all ourselves.

I could not have been happier. They cleaned up after themselves and he negotiated well for a price that we were both comfortable with. They were punctual and easy to work with. They answered all my questions and were very honest. The craftsmanship of the work was outstanding.

Overall the process was very smooth from start to finish. We met with the salesman, Miles, on several occasions before we made the final decision to go with LAS Enterprises for our shutter needs. He was very responsive and answered all of our questions and concerns regarding the shutters. And he gave us a quote that we felt was the best value for the shutters that we purchased. The install team of George and Gustavo were very professional and took their time with the installation to make sure everything was done correctly. It took them 1 and 1/2 days to complete the entire job and we are very pleased with the way all the shutters look and perform. We will definitely consider using them again if we choose add any additional shutters to our home.

They came in and started on the windows in our stucco exterior and other front of house windows. They had some trouble

with the windows in the stucco but were able to solve the problem. They said it would take 2 days and they kept to their word.

They removed the old windows and hauled away the old ones. They kept their work space clean and I didn't have to do too

much clean up once I installed my blinds and curtains. We had a few issues with cosmetics on front exterior and they came

back and made everything right.

A few years back we had some windows installed by Window World, before we had heard about LAS. We'd been pleased with the windows, but the installation had been less than impressive.



This time around we still considered Window World (which was less expensive) but ended up going with LAS because we like that it is a local-based company (not only the sales reps, but the manufacturing of the windows, etc.). Because it has structural engineers on staff, and as part of its insurance coverage, they were able to do the minor work required for one of our windows rather than us needing to get a separate contractor to do the work. The cost was a bit higher than WW, but the windows are also of higher quality.



The installation went really well. They came when they said they would, they were great about cleaning up after themselves, and were super-polite as well. They were a pleasure to have in the house, and we're glad we went with LAS.

This was the second job I hired LAS to perform. Previously, I had them install 4 Bahama shutters and one clear guard shutter on my second floor windows. I was impressed, so I hired them to complete the job on the ground floor. In addition to that, I was shopping for some exterior doors. During the sales contract negotiation, I was convinced by their salesman (Todd Mano) that they could do the door job and I was guaranteed complete satisfaction with their work. LAS has some really competent, skilled and professional people. I was relying upon my past experience with this company.
On the day of the install, a replacement crew filled in because one of the scheduled crew members was ill. The two workers they substituted attempted to install my patio door and made every mistake imaginable. They damaged the door somewhere in the process of transferring it from the shop to the job location. I noted the damage as they were unloading it from the delivery truck at my house. They proceeded with the install, saying they could replace the damaged door panel later. That was the plan.
IMPORTANT: You should NEVER let anyone install damaged merchandise. It almost always ends badly and it will cost you much of your valuable time.
The guy (Mark) that installed the other regular sized door completed the job and made it look better than the door it replaced. The patio door job would take over 13 months to complete. In the process, the entire door frame had to be removed and replaced. That was attributable to the poor start to the job by the initial crew. I believe LAS was just beginning to handle these types of doors at that time and had little experience with outswing patio doors. There also seemed to be a lack of competent support from the distributor. The distributor didn't seem to know all about these types of doors and related hardware. It would result in having a ThermaTru factory representative make a visit to my house to inspect the installation. However, after that visit, the proper hardware was ordered. The LAS foreman (Louie) and a highly respected installer (Mark) finished the job. It was not an easy installation. I expected complications, but I expected the experts to be able to handle the job.

They were on schedule: very thorough and cleaned up as they proceeded with the job. We have used them before and would recommend them, happily!
