It went well. Work was estimated and completed within days of each other. Technicians were very pleasant to work with and did not complain about having to carry equipment up 3 floors in the July heat. Work was done quickly and everything works great!

They came two different days. They came out on Friday and troubleshoot the problem. They did what they could and discovered the wiring problem. They came back on Monday and got two technicians, the father and the son. They reran the wire and got the unit working. The father and the son were very honest, nice and prompt. I would highly recommend them. I would leave them in the house if I weren't there. They are totally trustworthy. I have no qualms of trusting them in the house. I don't know them other than they have done some work for me. Every time they have done a nice work.
