They did wash, partially vacuum the interior, dressed the tires, cleaned the tire rims and smuged (not cleaned) the windows. They did not clean the door jams, cup holders, dashboards or remove light scratches. They left mud around the doors, tree leaves around the rain gutters, hood and wipers. They did nothing at all to any of the door jams leaving leaves and mud. Mud also left over bottom sides of both vehicles. Bugs were left on the windshield and grills of both vehicles. I pointed out to the manager the dirt around the inside of the rear hatch and the beach sand in the cargo area of one vehicle. Beach sand was still all over back storage area and the dirt was still around the hatch area. It did not look as if the rear hatch had even been opened. They said they also cleaned the fabric seats of one vehicle but they did not raise the rear seats to the upright position so they couldn't have even vacuum these seats let alone clean them. Didn't do anything to the cup holders either. Please see the included photos to see the mess they left on my two vehicles.

The work they did was the equlivent of a $20 wash job at your local drive through car wash. This was the biggest rip-off I have ever been involved with. I can't imagine anyone paying $300 for this really crappy service. My advice is if you want your car done right take it somewhere else.
