Owner polite and professional but not as knowledgeable as first seemed. Crew was late more than not, left mess almost every day and i had to tell owner many times about and also sent photos. Crew VERY slow and not skilled at simple subway tiling with niches. Slow and sloppy work and I have photos to prove. Damaged floor, Left with mess for me to clean up including the haze left in tile floor and shower. Ridiculous price for shoddy work, schedule overrun, charging me for tools they didn't leave with me (knives. trowels, and others), and overall ripoff. I agreed to me paying for materials and paying him for labor only. He took off with tools (not materials) that I paid for. Don't want them back to correct issues such as installing cracked tiles (which I also sent pic of) or anything else. Not worth the drama or lack attention to detail.
