John Fassbender Plumbing & Heating Services Inc

This provider's name was given to us by our Home Warranty Service.  We first submitted our claim to the Home Warranty Service on 7/31/2013  and they sent an email advising us that Fassbender Plumbing & Heating had been assigned to this claim.  Fassbender called the following day and came out to check the water heater and determined it needed replacement.  After receiving approval from the Home Warranty Service, they came out on 8/09/13 and replaced the water heater.  Unfortunately we still did not have hot water and called them.  They came out the same  day and checked all the connections and determined it was most likely an electrical issue which turned out to be correct).  I will review the provider who did the electrical work later.  All in all, we were very pleased with the service.  We were very impressed with their punctuality, responsiveness, and follow-up to make sure everything was working.
