The name Indoor Air Quality Services Incorporated means our clients get certified and experienced personnel in duct/HVAC cleaning & sanitizing, mold remediation and sanitizing of physical space (coronavirus). I was very pleased with the punctuality and professionalism of their team. They paid careful attention to cover all furniture and floors. After the job was completed they inspected all areas for any dust or debris before they left. I would highly recommend them.

The dad that owns the business came out. He is an honest guy, and has very reasonable pricing. He told me exactly what was wrong. He even brought down the part that was broken, and showed me exactly what was wrong with it. I have been using them for about 15 years now, and would defiantly recommend them to anybody.

I called this company and a technician was out to the home within 2 hours. The work was done the next day. The only complaint we have is that the workers went to lunch and didn't tell us. The only reason this was a problem was because we were also doing work around the house and needed to run for more materials. Has we known they were gone, we could have made a quick run too. Other than that, very professional, nice people, worked hard for about 5-6 hours. Price was very fair.

We have never had this done, down here its not a place where you open the windows and let the pollen in. The cleaning was wonderful but the testing was powerful. We did open the house up to get rid of it.

The people who installed my furnace recommended IAQ. I still have a lot of dust coming out of there and I don't know that it was worth all that money that they charge. They were very good about getting here on time. I think the price is too much. I don't know enough about cleaning duct work to know how they could get the dust level lower than it seems to be.

When IAQ arrived at my Mom's house they explained the process and then we discussed my Mom's limited sight and mobility because I had to report to work.  Unknown to IAQ, I asked a friend who works near to check on my Mom and IAQ's progress.
IAQ did not know the extent of the damange but was able to repair the air ducts without cutting into the flooring upstairs.
IAQ was very professional and accomodating.
Not only did IAQ deliver the service as promised, they went above and beyond to assure my Mom's safety and make her feel at ease with strangers in her house!

Three men came on time from IAQ to clean the AC ducts. They took off all vents and cleaned the insulation and grates and cleaned out all AC ducts and sealed any openings in the AC ducts.They worked about 4 hours and then took an hour for a lunch break. Then they worked another 4 hours. They used drop cloths and covered up all the areas under the vents and cleaned up all areas when they were finished. They did a good job.

IAQ came out to do a price quote on the same day I called for appointment. Pablo went up into the attic to look at AC units and ducts and took photos that he showed me. Quoted price was total price--no unexpected add-ons, additional fees, etc. When I presented the Angie's 10% off coupon when I got the quote in writing, Pablo said no problem and immediately took 10% off. Workers came the next day, placed drop cloths all over house, and spent the entire day cleaning the ducts, AC unit in attic, vents, etc. Also treated the areas with antifungal solution (we had mold growing on the ceiling around our AC vents). I would peek in on them to see if they were working and they were. When job was finished, workers used their vacuum on all floors, so house was very clean when they left. Workers were very polite and respectful of furnishings, our dog, and me.

The owner gave the estimate, and the work was done a few days later. Workers were prompt, courteous, and clean.  Drop cloths and plastic was used to protect all household goods.Two units were cleaned one day and the third was done the next day, as the owner predicted. He came to check on the progress of the work.Overall  good experience from my first phone call to paying the bill.

They took all of the ceiling vent covers down, sprayed to treat and prevent mold, cleaned and treated my air conditioner, and sprayed in my attic.  They also treated my ducts and vent covers.  Their work is guaranteed for 10 years.  The owner came out first to assess the situation.  The workers came out and spent 4 hours doing all of the work.  They were very nice.  They did such a good job of cleaning up--they even vacuumed my carpets!  They asked if they'd missed anything that they should come back and take care of.  They really paid attention to details.

Called and spoke with Ilene who was helpful and friendly - I received a detailed explanation of everything that would be included with the service.  She was able to send Pablo out for an estimate that same day!  Pablo was professional, friendly and took a look at all the vents in my house, checked the attic and gave me an estimate.  I mentioned the 10% discount from this website and it was given to me right away.  They sent Jeremy and Tim out the very next morning (talk about fast service!) and the guys were professional, friendly and worked around me while I finished unpacking, which was extremely helpful.  They were thorough and worked quickly (they arrived at 8:30am and were finished by 1:15pm), painted in and around the vents when finished in the ducts and CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES!  Jeremy provided me the paperwork which matched the quote I was given - no hassle - and I will breathe easy knowing my ducts are clean.  It was not inexpensive, but it was well worth every penny and I would use IAQ Services again in a heartbeat.

It was a positive experience.  The tech was really helpful.  I first received an estimate.  He gave me several tips on how to improve things.  I had one little issue with the fan, and they came right out and fixed it afterwards.

They were very nice people to work with. They do excellent work and came on time. I had a little problem that they took care of for me that was not directly related to their work. My AC went out and they took care of it for me. They were very good to deal with and I will use them again in the future.
