The earrings, Jaimie, looked for some good stones for a couple of weeks and then we looked at several until we found a nice pair for a reasonable price.
The watch I take it every couple of years for a battery change and the hands needed to be replaced once because I left the piece that moves the hands open. Service is always fast and courteous. I enjoy doing business with Jaimie.

Both of the folks at the counter worked on my watches so that the work was done in less than 15 min. Additionally, the manager asked if she could clean my rings (for free) and gave me advice on what to do about the worn setting on one of them. This is just the type of family-owned establishment that I love to use and which are increasingly hard to find. This experience was pure joy.

I use them all the time. He is very knowledgeable. He is very honest and fair. His prices are generally good. It is a family-run business. He will talk you out of something before he does it if it is going to be too much. He is helpful and friendly. I feel comfortable there.
