+ -1 moreNot helpful at all and acted like they didn’t Care about the expensive wood ... BEST WOOD AROUND IS WHAT THEY TOLD ME... was cracking thru and thru just one week later
Description of Work: One week after installation of deck boards ..PRESSURE TREATED AND KILL DRIED .. the boards cracked thru and thru. When I went to the office the owner and his son told me that’s what wood does. I’ve since went and purchased the same type of deck boards from another local company.. the boards have been sitting out in the sun and no cracking AT ALL.. they didn’t offer to work with me or help me with this in any way.. I’ll never use this company again for wood .
