Brought car in at 7:15 am and the work was completed by 9 a.m. Needed oil change and had a coupon for a 49.99 oil change plus extras found in a weekly insert. total for oil came to 62 and change. The issue with Goodyear is they always try to up-sell you on something that is not necessarily needed. They did this to a woman waiting in the waiting room and was quite bulish with the tactic. She added that extra and it was about 300 more there than at a regular service center.
My other cost was the replacement of the engine filter - the filter itself was about 30 bucks but the labor was an amazing $45 for the service provided. Additional parts and labor were added to the final bill as usual.
All in all, they work done is usually pretty good - they are quite more expensive than any other place though.

Spike, my 2000 beige mini van's, transmission shift stopped working at 4:00 p.m. on July 3rd - I was heading home looking forward to the 4th of July weekend - "was" being the operative word, here. With the help of AAA, we got Spike down to the street to my favorite Goodyear shop just as they were closing up. The shop was closed on the 4th, but they were open the day after and they made Spike a priority. Fixed up good as new and back on the road by noon. These guys have been keeping Spike street worthy since 2009 and they've always been quick and reasonably priced. Plus they offer a fix now, pay later option with the Goodyear credit card.

They quoted me a price and did it for that amount. Everything works great. My only complaint was they were not finished when they said they would be done.

The "Change Oil" light was on after the oil was changed and they said that was normal. My son was driving the car and it broke down, and when the tow truck came he opened the hood and he could not open it because the oil cap came off and was not letting him open the hood. The serviceman were not very nice and were cussing when my son had the service done. The manager, D. Valian, on that day was a nice guy. The serviceman Luvin was the person who we had trouble with.
