Mike is very responsive. He has his phone on him at all times and if you leave a message he will call you back as soon as he can. He is also very accessible by email. He worked with me and listened to me and did not try to put me in a house bigger or more expensive than I needed just because it meant a bigger paycheck for him. This is what did it for me. I said this is what I am looking for and the price I am looking to spend and he sent me houses that fit in that range and we got all the looking done in 1 day. He arranged it all and had mapped out the best route to each home.
I put an offer on the house I wanted the same day I saw it and he handled the offer and counter like a pro. I am in my own home now and my note is affordable and I could not be happier with the service I received from Mike O'Brian, Realtor.
