Chad Jones worked in the construction business before starting a painting company with his friend Scott Abbott in 2004. Five Star Painting has grown into a national brand with more than 120 franchise territories across the United States and Canada. The Dwyer Group—a service-based franchise company based in Waco, Texas—acquired Five Star Painting in January 2015. We are excited about the future of our painting business!

Fair. The painters did a good job, BUT: NO ONE TOLD ME THAT THERE WOULD BE A FEE TO PAY THE BILL WITH A CREDIT CARD! Looks like bait and switch from the beginning...... First, there was confusion about how much to paint. Why would ANYONE want just the brown trim....especially after I indicated that I want the paint to match both colors in the area under the windows. Then....I was by the project manager that he would come by to match the color of the garage, which, incidentally, is NOT the color of the trim. WHO WAS CONFUSED? I believe this is your modus operandi. I’m gonna check... Then....I was told that painters would return on Friday. No one showed. It was above 50* F!

I am very happy with the services of Five Star Painting. I have a shotgun double home with a hardie board exterior and I wanted to change the color of the house. Five Star Painting pressure washed and painted the entire exterior including trim, doors, and porch. The crew was professional and had a strong attention to detail. The manager I worked with is Zachary Schoop; he provided the free estimate, which I found very fair, made good recommendations regarding products, kept me posted with daily texts regarding the work schedule, and oversaw the project as a whole. In addition, Kelley Schoop was very helpful in assisting with color selections. I would highly recommend Five Star Painting. The work was done well and at a fair price.
