The process was great. I had gone to different showrooms just to look, and maybe buy. But none of the other places reached out to me. I browsed at items and then left. At the Ferguson Show Room, a receptionist greeted me at the door, and walked me over to a sales person. The sales person took care of me, ordered my items, followed up with emails and was accommodating to changes in the initial order.
