Family Air

Called Gay and she sent someone right over. Turns out it was a blown transformer. I've been using them for years, and they've always provided great service.

I left a message around 8:30 and Gay called me around 9. She was able to diagnose the problem correctly based on the little information I could provide and told me they were really busy but someone could come out this afternoon (!) Dusty called me around 2:45, but for some reason the call went to voice mail, so she left a very clear message, which I unfortunately did not receive immediately. Gay called me at 3 to let me know that the guys could be on their way to my house if I could get home. They arrived within 15 minutes and quickly found and fixed the problem. They also cleaned both compressor units. I've been using Family Air for about 15 years and they've never let me down. They've replaced two furnaces, made many repairs to the systems, and have kept them well maintained. They are always prompt, professional, and courteous. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Been using Family Air for several years. Good quality work, fair prices, honest, nice people.

These folks are amazing. They came when called. Explained the problem to me. Made a repair and recommended further electrical work. The technician even stayed with me untitled the electrician arrived in order to explain the issue to the electrician. This is the second time I have used them and I highly recommend them.

I could not be happier with the same day service, especially considering that we are in the midst of a heat wave and they are extremely busy.

I have been using them for a while. The heater was making a lot of noise and they found the blower hose was very loose and they quietened it. That heater has always been here since we bought the house and so I am always concerned about it. I have two units and they replaced one of my units about five years ago. The other one is still there. I just know them and that's why I keep calling them back. It is not that I find their service outstanding but I don't have any complaints with them and I don't see any reason to switch. Their prices have gone up over the years but their prices are still pretty reasonable.  They seem to do the job. They know how to get to the house and how to bill me. They are familiar with heaters and it is just convenient. Since I have been using them I don't see any reason to stop using them. They do a good job. There is never any mess when they leave. I haven't compared prices with anybody. My house isn't difficult to find but if they are not from New Orleans people get a bit confused. 

We have used them for a number of years. They seem to be reliable and honest in what they do. We have used them before and would probably use them again. 

I was out of the country, and they promptly went to my house, advised me of the diagnosis, and quickly made the repairs.  The service was excellent and quick.

This is the second or third time that we have used Family Air and Heat. They are professional and arrive on schedule. Their prices are very good and they take credit cards (which is a plus). Our house is a rental and we live in another state. We highly recommend them!

The company is family owned and trustworthy. Have used them for 10 years and have paid a reasonable fee for excellent services. My equipment is even 15-20 years old and they have kept it going.
