Our house was getting ready to be listed with a real-estate agent for sale. Before that could happen we needed to have the interior of the house totally cleaned, painted and updated. We came in and packed up and moved out everything, including furniture so Mr. Mogg would have a complete open canvas area to complete his work of art. First thing Mr. Mogg did was come in and take down on two inner walls,  1"x 6"x3/4" tongue and groove wall strip paneling from floor to ceiling. Then came back in with 1/2" sheetrock which brightened up the formal dinning room and living room area of house which had that dark paneling in it.  Mr. Mogg and his crew then covered all floor area with canvas tarps for a complete wash down of walls. Then Mr. Mogg painted all trim work; baseboards, crown, shoe molding, and doors. After completion of trim then a tape off of all trim. Next they primed and painted all total ceilings and interior walls of our home. My home is about 1636 sq. ft. After completion of interior, Mr. Mogg came in with his cleaning crew and did a complete clean down of house. I was very impressed with the response, and quality of the workmanship and materials used to do a complete restoration of the interior of my house. I shouldn't have any problems with the work that was provided.
