+ -1 moreMy company put in a bid for 100% of the asking price on actively listed property represented by EZ realty. The agent responded no, and then re-listed the property for a higher price. The response time was slow, and the agent was not forthcoming in his dealings.
Description of Work: EZ realty was the seller agent for a property my company tried to acquire.
