Doesn't have a full crew for the job and often doesn't show up to work as promised. Paid nearly 70% of the contract but only 50% of the work was completed two months ago. Project should have taken 2 months to complete entirely and it's been 5 months and only half complete. Charged (and was paid) for an upgraded stucco system and continues to substitute inferior products. Used unlicensed employee to complete electrical work. Leaving exposed wires in the walls, and closing said wall. Attempted to blame another subcontractor, and discourage us from having a licensed electrician investigate thoroughly by assuring the work had been completed properly. Moved forward with a licensed electrician to investigate and repair. Upon doing so, multiple code violations including live wires were found.
Working with this vendor has been terribly frustrating to say the least.
