The technician arrived on time, was clean and professional and worked quickly and efficiently. He explained that if I found any dead mice or rats they would come back to remove them. Since he has been there I have had a number of dead roaches (gross but apparently what they did worked!) and I haven't seen any alive in my house. If I did find anything alive, they said for me to call them back and they would come back out. Very impressed with their service. I have used Franklynn pest for over 10 years for my termite contract and they have been out for one time problems, but this is the first time I deicded to put my new house under a pest contract.
