Overall, things were great from the start.  Chris responded to my initial email inquiry immediately, and scheduling was quite easy. He understood that I only had certain times I could be at home and arranged his appointments to accommodate my schedule.  He was completely professional during his time in my home.  He explained everything that was going on with the old computer, and did not mind my interjecting questions during his explanations.  After assessing the situation and problems with the crashed computer, he did exactly what he said he would do.  There were no surprise charges.  He has been available for follow up, as promised.  He has answered all my questions.I would definitely hire him again, and I have already sent his information to my friends.

 Computers on Call discovered my tower needed a new video card. He replaced it and it works perfectly. My laptop's main board had crashed and could not be repaired. He removed the hard drive from the laptop and placed it in the tower so that I lost no data. I was very pleased with the service  When I asked for recommendations on purchasing a new laptop computer, he was very helpful.   He was very knowledgeable and helpful.  I will contact him again with computer problems

Chris came to my home and serviced 2 computers. One computer had stopped performing some critical services and updates. After nearly losing my home computer, I was now paranoid about my laptop as well. Computers on Call serviced both computers at the same time, yet only charged me for the time involved, not a fee per computer. Therefore, one computer was repaired, while the other computer was checked thoroughly, modified to improve performance, and unnecessary software was removed on both computers. Both computers run very well now, and I am much more confident that my hardware, software, and stored data are much more secure. It was an excellent value, performed promptly, on time and in a professional manner. I contacted Computers on Call after reading the excellent reports on Angie's List. I have already recommended this service to others. I wouldn't hesitate to use this business again for my computer needs!

He did what I asked him to do. I did not have any problems. I would recommend him. He was prompt, efficient and he knew what he was doing. I got what I expected. His price was excellent. I would use him again in the future.

Called Chris on a Monday morning and he said that he could be at my residence that same day about 4:30 pm. He showed up on time and spent over an hour trying to resolve the problem(s). He didn't have initial sucess but said that if we allowed him to take the PC he could have it back to us hopefully within 24 hours. Needless to say we said "sure". Chris called back the next afternoon and said he had fixed the problems, was able to save all the files (provided a backup DVD also), and could bring it back about 6:00 pm. He followed up on his promise and delivered a completely restored/repaired computer within 24 hours. He has been working with computers for 16 years and had his own business for 10 years. Very amiable and professional, highly recommend him.

Chris was delayed at previous job-called to say he would be delayed-arrived at that time-began working on computer-finished in 1hr20min-told me what he did and gave some advice on security and updates.I wish I had called him sooner rather waste the hours I had spent trying to figure it out on my own

Chris quickly figured out that my hard drive had crashed and since it was an old computer he saved my files onto a CD so I could put them back on a new one.
