 + -1 moreWhen the damage was described to a sales manager, including pictures,he immediately said there was nothing they could offer, that the one year factory warranty had expired. From the conversation, he was obviously well versed in handling this situation. When I suggested their couch was apparently of inferior quality, he asked if I wanted to "end the conversation right here". When I told him that we would not buy from them again, he walked away.
Description of Work: My son was sold a leather "Durable Mahogany" sectional sofa plus the damage warranty. After one year when the factory warranty had expired, the leather began to peel.
