They're excellent. There's tons of bad body repair places but it's a really good one. They do everything exactly by the book. They don't let the insurance companies force them to use and carry a part like shortcuts or anything like that. They make sure that they're correct. They've done what they're supposed to.

. My vehicle was sideswiped and towed to Clean Fleet for repairs. They have done flawless paint and body work for many, many years, and have done work for family, friends, and neighbors with no problems. I talked to Sean and Brandt in the front office and explained exactly what i wanted done to my vehicle. 45 days later they called me and said the work was complete. I returned my rental vehicle ( which was being paid for by the party at fault ) and got a ride to their location. I got there close to their closing time, and drove my vehicle home to my garage. I later noticed a puddle of oil, looked underneath and found a bad shock ( they had changed all of the driver's side front end parts but that. The next morning i had the vehicle out in the sun and i noticed only half of the hood was painted, the dent from the accident was painted over, not repaired, and paint chips were painted over. The whole truck cab was supposed to be painted, only 1/3rd was done. The front grill was loose and vibrating. The new driver's side mirror can't be adjusted and is useless. The driver's side window rolls up hard. My truck cap, which was 3 days old before the accident, had sratches from the accident that were not repaired, and new ones from the body shop. The brake lights, and the dome light in the truck cap no longer worked from them removing and reinstalling it. I called Brandt at Clean Fleet, and he said, bring it back and we will drop everything and fix it. I made a list, on paper, so they wouldn't forget all of the things they were supposed to fix and dropped it off, now with no rental vehicle because i returned it. 8 days later they called me to get my vehicle, and told me they stayed late so i could get my vehicle, it was getting dark again. The next morning out in the sun i noticed the cab was not painted, the grill is loose, the driver's side mirror is useless, the shock is bad, they said it had to go bad on the way home from the body shop, and they would change it for $160, the truck cap lights don't work, and the window rolls up hard. I loved getting my vehicle repaired at this shop in the past, but there is a MAJOR disconnect between the front office and the body shop. I will have to bring my vehicle to another body shop to have the work completed. Now I'm out of repair money, and a rental vehicle. I don't want to use them again, and i can no longer recommend them to anyone. The management doesn't care evidently.

They are the best and I have never seen anything like it. They treat me like how it is in a doctor's office. I go in, sit down with the advisor and they give me cokes, and coffee. They have a pretty good waiting room and it is nothing like an auto body shop. Their place is the only place that I would ever take my car to.

I was involved in a four car wreck. I was rear ended and it caused almost 9000.00 in damage. They were very professional even though they took a month to finish it. They kept me updated.
When I went to pick up the car there was one problem with rear trunk release. The driver switch was not working. They sent me to Toyota to figure out what the problem was and they fixed it. They followed up to make sure everything was taken care of with the vehicle and working properly.
I would give them an A across the board and use them again.
