Mr. Case actually came in place of the original electrician I'd called for a few electrical repairs. He was prompt, courteous, amiable, and a consummate professional. He installed a new light over the medicine cabinet in my mother's master bathroom and even pointed out ways in which I could fill in the open small portions of the wall around the fixture. He then checked the connections of the 2 light switches in my mother's master bedroom, fixing the one switch which was completely inoperable.  I then asked him to check the connections of the lights on both the inside and outside of the garage.  Because he didn't have the unusual part he needed to fix the bedroom light switch, he had to return with it to complete the work a day or two later. He again was prompt and quick to finish the work. In all of this work, Mr. Case obviously knew what he was doing, and, when I asked questions, he took the time to explain why he did what he did.  He will be the first electrician I call, if/when I need an electrician again in the New Orleans area. I most highly recommend him.
