Bonneval's Discount Appliances

I called and asked if they had any pre-owned french door refrigerators in stock.  The lady on the phone checked their inventory and said they did and quoted me the prices.  She was friendly and helpful.  I sent my boyfriend over that afternoon to look them over and he found one that he liked.  He purchased it on the spot.  Now, Bonneval's does not deliver, but they will hold a purchased item for a few days while the purchaser makes vehicle arrangements.  We came back on Saturday with a relative's truck.  They had two guys working that day and they wheeled the gigantic fridge outside for us.  We came with several guy friends, blankets, an appliance hand truck and cardboard.  So, we were prepared!  The two guys decided to help us lift the fridge into the truck.  I wish they hadn't, as they repeatedly refused my request to hold the cardboard or blankets around the fridge while they shimmied it back in the truck bed. They ended up denting both sides of the appliance.  Other than that, the fridge was a great deal.  It's clean, beautiful (besides the two small dents) and it works great so far.  I am please with my purchase.  I would definitely look for appliances there again.

They have been there for a long time. I wanted a washer and a dryer that was pretty reliable. I had a washer dryer for 10 years and a bolt had to be replaced. The price charged by them was good. They have a 30 day parts labor and one year on transmission. I paid them over the phone with a credit card. My tenant had the appliances delivered to me. They did inform me that the dryer venting wasn?t installed properly. They would take care of it if it?s their fault. There was another place which had good deal and good prices, but I preferred buying used appliances. My overall experience was very good. I would use their services in the future as well.
