Family owned and run business. The owners assisted us in looking at a wide variety of rugs and we discussed the pros and cons of each rug type. This rug is for our bedroom and we talked about pattern ideas. After reviewing all of the appropriate rugs, we narrowed it to 3 and then picked our favorite. No sales pressure - rather it was like talking with a very educated peer who wants you to make a good decision. The rug was delivered the same day without issue. This shop is ultimately professional and the owners seem to really care about their goods and service quality. We highly recommend them.
