We had a car that sat in the driveway for over two years. Car initially start but then stopped running. We took the car to our regular mechanic who looked at the car and could not fix the car. We found Bert's and took the car there where Bert found the problem and fixed it. The only thing was the orginal estimate was between 600-1,200. The actual invoice was $1,500. But the car was repaired

I was waiting in the office for the very great staff he has to bring up my car and heard him talking to a customer who had a problem after his car had been worked on.. Bert was so amazing to this person I could not really believe it. He took great pains to listen, and answer questions, and I know I would have been so satisfied if I had been the person calling. I felt like I learned something just listening to him. Paying money to keep a '97 GEO running because I love my husband's little car is not always easy, but Bert makes it a pleasant experience because I know not one penny is wasted and the job is well done!
