Company did Excellent job!!!! Would recommend.

He's worked before on more than one occasion, and it's been great. But I've had a bad experience this month. Lately, it's been like pulling teeth to get him to show up. It took > 4 attempts to text him and finally he told me that he's sending out a sales person to look at my job. That was last week, and I never heard from this guy.

I call the company, explained my need and asked for an estimate. They got back to me the next day with a reasonable estimate. I had to wait a few weeks because of work commitments. I called them back about 6 weeks later. He texted me that he could come the next day. They arrived on time, cut down (2) trees in ground the stumps in a couple of hours. They then cut up the trees and moved them out of my yard to avoid messing up my pool deck. They took the cut pieces via Bobcat to their disposal trailer. They were well equipped and had all of the right stuff to do the job right and fast. They were also very friendly guys. I would definitely use them again.

Daniel Benoit and his entire crew were amazing. They exceeded every expectation we had. We stayed and watched them perform all the work, and they went above and beyond to make sure it was done properly and that we were satisfied. I would 100% recommend them and will be using them in the future if I ever have another tree that needs cutting. His prices were extremely competitive as well, and he was the 1st of four companies I requested bids from who actually went out there and gave me an estimate.

The visit went well, and I asked for a quote for a full replacement roof, which I did received, but when I replied to that quote with further questions, I never received answers or a reply to that message.

I interviewed 3 companies and chose Benoit. He was not the cheapest, but I thought the lower bids were TOO low. I knew how tough this was (used to date a licensed tree surgeon) and knew better than to just choose on price alone. Daniel was very professional and did the job correctly. I was very pleased. He and his crew left the area spotless.

It went perfectly. I'd use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

They did a great job of pruning and shaping the crepe myrtle so that it's once again of a size that I can maintain. Was very pleased that they cleaned the area very well and removed all debris.

They were good. They were great. Call them. They were the cheapest, but also professional. They were good service for the price. Normally when you get a cheap quote you don't get good service each time.

Daniel was available and timely with his information. He was accomodating in setting a day and time that was good for us. He and his employees completed the job in a day and satisfied all of the items in our contract

Daniel Benoit is very knowledgeable and explains well. He planned the job well, explaining every step. His workers performed the work well and cleaned up after themselves admirably.

They were a good company. It was quick and easy.

I was really pleased with Daniel Benoit and his crew. Daniel came out and gave me an estimate the day after I called. I liked him very much and after getting two more estimates I decided to use his company. It took a few days to get him back out here but I was very pleased with the job they did. Daniel went out of his way to make sure the tree was trimmed exactly to my specifications. I I would totally recommend his company.

All work was performed professionally and as expected. The crew was very friendly, hard working, showed enthusiasm for their work, and completed all work in just a few hours. The yard and street were left clean before they left. I will call upon Daniel again whenever I have future work, without question!

I had to hire them to remove a huge water oak (seriously HUGE), due to a  serious dispute with the neighbors.  They did a great job of handling the business between both parties, as the situation was/is pretty tense. 

Let me start by saying I found this company on Angie's List.  I did not know either of the owner's before, and had not even heard of this company before I spoke with Daniel on the phone 2 weeks or so before they came to do the work. 
 

To keep this short - I'll summarize as follows:
Communication - Excellent. From answering the phone every time I called to get this set up, to getting insurance certs before the work started, to emailing the quotes to both parties....all very professional and timely.  I could not have been happier.

Professionalism -  I wish all small companies could be ran the way these guys run their company.  From the owners to the crew - these guys looked professional, and worked professionally - from start to finish. They cleaned up the site/yard everyday and did everything they could to respect me, my home and my neighbors .  This was a very sensitive situation (almost hostile between us and the neighbors) and thanks to Daniel's professionalism and interpersonal skills - he was able to be keep everyone happy. 

Ethics and Hard Work - The last thing I will say is that I truly believe these guys to be the most ethical small business I've probably ever worked with.  These guys are as honest, straightforward and hard working as they come.  

I would and will recommend these guys to any New Orleans friends I have who need yard work or tree removal.

Great!  Came out when they promised and did a great job.  Cleaned up afterwards.

The situation was precarious, with the tree threatening my property, as well as the property of several neighbors. Storms weren't helping the situation. The enormous, top-heavy tree was at about a 45 degree angle, with huge branches damaging a neighbor's shed, and other branches threatening more property damage. I was so relieved they could get there on the same day. Benoit's arrived with a huge crew and seriously heavy duty equipment. They got the job done in one day, preventing any further property damage. They even came back later to replace a fence that had to be taken down for the bobcats to get into our back yard. It was expensive, but totally worth it to have such professionals on the job. I truly think a lesser provider would have been more likely to cause further damage. Benoit's is A+ and I highly recommend them.
