Banner Property Management renovated our home in 2020, in the middle of the Pandemic, at a time where everything was hard to get! However, Marc, Blake and their team worked hard to get our renovation done in a timely manner. They were very professional, Our home turned out beautifully and we could not be more satisfied. We got a lot of compliments from our friends and family. I highly recommend Banner Property Management to my friends and family for any renovations needed. We will definitely use them for our next project!

They were great. The quality was good. It was my first time to use a contractor, so I felt like we did have to stay on about certain things but I think from what I hear from other friends and their experiences, ours is actually very good.

An overall good experience, considering all that went on with the post Katrina conditions. The owner Mark Banner went the extra mile when he had to, in order to make sure we were satisfied. Flooring, carpenters and painters were of excellent caliber. The company provided an honest job from start to finish.

The name of the owner is Mark Banner. There were a lot of complicated details in getting everything to fit the steam shower in the small space and he worked with us diligently in making sure that everything would fit. I was very pleased with their construction work. They did a beautiful job of curving the wall and molding. We had a fit plan on how we wanted the tile laid out and the guy who came to do the tile work did not like our plan. So, he decided he was going to do his own thing. I saw what he did and called the project manager right away and he came and ripped it out and redid it to our specifications. The price was good. We paid for the materials separately.
