 + -1 moreI found the whole process frustrating, mainly because of the lack of communication. The workmen spoke little or no English, and the contractor was not on site to direct them or translate if I had any questions or concerns. However, all of the workmen were very pleasant and seemed to be hard workers. I found it very difficult to get my questions answered as to timing of things I had to provide, as well as a schedule of what was going to happen and when. The lack of communication was not easy to deal with. The quality of the workmanship was not very good and the finished product shows it. I would not recommend this contractor to anyone.
Description of Work: Renovation, new bathrooms fixtures, tiling, laminate flooring, carpeting, upgrading plumbing, repairing texture and repainting walls, new windows and doors installed.

Description of Work: I'm was really impressed with the bathroom renovation that Mr. Vichot and his guys did for me last October. His prices are fair and his work was very professional but what really blew me away was last week when I called him about the tub faucet that my husband man handled until it broke off . Well Mr. Vichot not only came out and fixed it but he didn't charge me a penny for the service call. I'm so use to having to pay 80.00 to 100.00 bucks for the a/c guy or the appliance guy just to show up not to mention the parts and labor these guys charge that the free service call from Mr. Vichot was very refreshing and much appreciated.
