Mr. Morel was very efficient with quality work. He came to my home to measure the window, went to get a pane of glass and replaced it with excellent worksmanship. He was efficient, punctual and timley. I was very happy with him.

Andrew and his crew start their day early - 7:30 AM. And they arrive before that time. This was actually a first for me. Never have had a contractor show up on time. They work till lunch time or a time they can take a break for lunch, and he gives his guys an hour to leave the site for lunch. They return promptly and work till 4 or 4:30 PM unless they need to finish something, then they work until done. They did an excellent job of removing the old windows, keeping my security wires and contacts so that I could have them reconnected without problems. This was a special request I had made and each worker was aware of it and made sure they saved each contact for me. They did not break out many of the old windows - so there was not much broken glass - and they cleaned that up. I did find some screws/nails in my driveway where they laid out some of their supplies. I believed they overlooked these as they were very conscientious of picking up other debris. The bedroom door was very hard to install and it took extra time as nothing is easy in this house. I gave Andrew a little lower score on Responsiveness because it took me a few phone calls to get him to come back on a couple of issues (grouting at base of glass door in bedroom and two pieces of molding that were needed at top of large triple window) I didn't ever think he would not return, it was just, when. Andrew can do almost anything - he has a great personality and did not get insulted with my constant and quot;helicopterand quot; supervision. I always want to know what they are doing, how it is done, etc. He and I talked a lot while he was here and he discovered I was an artist who uses old windows in my art. A few weeks ago I came home on a Saturday and found a beautiful arched window on my porch. I didn't know who put it there and after a couple of days I called Andrew and asked if he did it - and it was him. He said he had taken it out of a home near me and thought it was a nice window and that I might could do something with it. That is the kind of person Andrew Morel is. Thoughtful, kind and nice. And a great person to know when you need a carpenter or contractor.
