They damaged my property and are refusing to pay for it. The damage was caused by one of the movers coming to work not properly bathed and resulted in brown body-odor scented stains on one of the pillows and one of the arms of the couch. I notified the company and asked that they purchase a $75 couch cleaning credit from a local upholstery, the cost of one couch cleaning , and they refused. I know it sounds like I am being super picky or dramatic but the stain is really noticeable and smells like body odor. The move cost $400 and I gave the movers a $120 tip before I noticed the damage.
