I was very pleased with Al and his crew. When I called him, he immediately returned my call. He met with me to look at the job and gave me a price within two days of initial contact. He and his crew arrived promptly on the scheduled date. His price was extremely fair and his work was supreme. I had 4 trees removed from my fenced yard (2 small and 2 medium). He had a bucket lift and a grinder and had the trees down within a couple of hours. He also trimmed trees away from my house. I was very pleased and would have Al work with me again.

Very efficient. Best price. We agreed verbally. The next morning Al and his assistant removed the tree, did a thorough clean-up and even some lagniappe, all in just over an hour. Also he was very cheerful, a pleasure to do business with. Outstanding!

I tried calling three other services highly rated here and after four days I had not gotten any response from any of them (I finally had one return my call a week later). I called Al and within four hours he called me back with a quote and he came about four hours after that and performed the work. He was prompt, professional, responsive and did a good job. I would definitely use him in the future. I even tried to let him leave a little early to catch the Saints game and he insisted on cleaning up some more.

Al returned my call on the same day.  He came out the next morning and gave me an estimate, which is probably his minimum charge for removing and grinding a stump.  He sent out two guys that afternoon with the grinding machine and it took them about 10 minutes to remove the small stump with a chain saw, then grind the stump with the machine. 

I think that Al and his crews specialize in trimming and removing trees and stumps.  They don't get into selling and planting trees, etc.  So I believe that Al's prices are generally more reasonable because he has less overhead.

I called for several quotes, Al's was the best. I scheduled him for the tree removal. The day before Al called to verify all details. Al and his team arrived on time and very quickly and efficiently removed a very large, diseased, water oak tree. His team used a lift truck, ropes and several chain saws to remove the tree without causing damage to the surrounding property. He removed all debris, raked and swept the area. He and his crew completed the job in one day. Al is a hands on operator, directing every aspect of the job personally. I would use his company again.

I called in the morning, was called back promptly, and he came out to quote an hour later. Al was friendly and knowledgeable about the local trees and weeds. I thought his price was reasonable, so he came out later the same day to remove the tree. I couldn't believe how fast he and his son had that thing outta here! They had all the right tools for the job and I'm glad I didn't struggle with trying to cut it down myself.

He was very prompt and did an excellent job trimming the trees as well as cleaning up afterwards. Part of the job included trimming some overgrown leafy bushes and they did an excellent job. While they were here I left to run some errands and when I came back I asked that more of one particular tree be trimmed back, and they went back up there and took care of it without any difficulty.
