Basic spraying performed. No attempt to determine cause of infestation. I had to ask and show what I thought might have been problem areas. Only then did they treat those areas. Roaches still existed after treatment. Lots of excuses provided as to why treatment did not work. After my third call I was charged again for the visit even though the cockroach infestation had never been eliminated after the first two visits. I finally cleared up the problem with off the shelf insecticides and smoke bombs. Note; I set off smoke bombs in the floor joists between the 1st and 2nd floors where tenants reported the cockroaches were coming from. This seem to clear the problem.

My experience with this company has always been very good.  I have dealt with them for more than ten years.  I have worke with them with a woo destroying inscect contract on a privately own property, they have done termite inspections for my real estate business and now this flea problem for some rental property that I own. 
All of the staff and the technicians have always been courteous, knowledgeable, prompt, efficient, and always on time.
I will continue to use them and would recommend this company and their services to anyone.

I have used them for many years and I just terminated my services with them. Up until last month their service cost me $82 a quarter and when I got the bill from last month it was $88 a quarter. Their service is excellent but I just had a problem with their billing; they just decide to keep going up on the price and they don’t tell or notify me. I called them back on that and they said that, it’s just the way it is. It’s a shame that their field representatives on the service are excellent but their administrative policies are not something that I can live with and I have had no problem with the quality of the services at all. I’m not going to use them again in the future.
