Fausto's Cleaning Service

I would use them if they would make and keep an appointment.

We never received our half of the contract. She received her money but did not perform consideration. Very disappointed with Angie's list and will probably cancel.

Providers cleaned the house but they were not very thorough. They also spoke very little English, therefore it was hard to communicate specific requests. They were very nice, however. You could still visibly see smears or stains where they had wiped things down. I went behind them with an additional wipe down and cleaned sufficiently in the bathroom. I did appreciate their efforts to clean the ceiling fans, something that is typically out of reach. However, I wasn't impressed with anything other than the sweeping and mopping. They were very pleasant and if you just want a very basic cleaning service without thorough effort, Fausto's is a decent service. Also, they didn't stay anywhere near the 5 hours advertised.

It was good. This was the first time I had a cleaning service so I did not know what to expect.

Huge language barrier. Her English was VERY limited. Did not understand basic instructions. Have not used her service again.

It didn't go well, Fausto's didn't show up as far as I know. Imoved to another house and the house they were suppose to clean was empty and being readied for rental. We had an appointment to deep clean with Fausto's and they didn't show. Now I'm out $99. Not very professional because I haven't heard from them about this. I had another company do the work.

No one contacted me to schedule a date & time as advertised. After 4 attempts to contact them (via telephone & messages), they finally sent me a message scheduling a cleaning service for 9/11/15 at 8AM. They never showed up nor even called me to cancel. I requested my money back. I do not have the time to wait for people to show up (especially when they never show). Totally unprofessional behavior.

They were late to arrive that morning. I'm did not realize they had to drive from the southshore. Once they arrived, they were very professional, courteous and cleaned the house well. Communication to schedule the service was a bit challenging due to language issues. I had to make several calls to be sure I had a confirmed date and time. And, as I said previously, they were wonderfully professional and I certainly appreciated their help!

Canceled due to car problems initially. Price paid was for two persons for four hours. One person came late and worked alom

It was fine. They sent 2 cleaners out to do the job. The scheduling was pretty smooth and I didn’t have any problems. They cleaned the whole home.

They worked non stop. Amazing job.

Person wanted me to ignore the fact I had paid through Angie's list. It was all a bit confusing.

She was very nice and prompt. I liked her very much but she couldn't get my home as clean as I needed.

My spouse says she is willing to hire them again. This means their work was good.

My primary concern is that after several email and phone call attempts it did not result in an appointment. I think there was a miscommunication due to some barriers. Not professional.

Service was never scheduled nor performed.

Tried to communicate to schedule service, but they were slow to get back to me and when we did finally arrange for a day...something came up and they had to reschedule, it had been rescheduled once already. It was just not a good experience.

I had trouble communicating with the service provider. I requested contact via telephone but they only messaged me on Angie's List. Their English wasn't good, so it was difficult to communicate. I have no knowledge of their cleaning services, simply the communication.

Tiana was very prompt and went above and beyond as to what was requested. She did a great job in the house and comes to me on a monthly basis now. I would recommend her services. She kept in touch with me to let me know when she would be arriving.

They did a really nice job. Very thorough and everything we wanted was accomplished. Thanks!

Two ladies showed up and although there is a little communication gap, we managed to communicate enough for the to do what I wanted done. They both worked hard and were thorough.
