She did a good job. I had no problems scheduling her. We got what we needed. She was good; I would recommend her. It was a reasonable price. Everything she provided was of good quality. She was there on time.

Rebecca is cheerful and accomodating.  She is willing to adapt to client wishes.

CLEANING WAS CURSURY AND SUPERFICIAL...SMUDGE MARKS, FINGERPRINTS, COBWEBBS, DUST AND DIRTY FLOORS REMAINED....PAID FOR A DAYS WORK AND GOT A dollars worth of cleaning. PRETTY MUCH WHAT ALL CLEANING SERVICES DO, DEEP CLEAN FIRST TIME OUT AND THEN AFTER JUST WIPE DOWN OBVIOUS SURFACES, COUNTERTOPS AND SINKS

I was pleased with the services. Especially since I was 2 days away from giving birth and too massive to do any hard core cleaning myself. She was thorough and prompt and stayed till the job was done (almost 7 hours!).

She’s the one that I’ve been using and she’s really great. She’s easy to get a hold of and is willing to do whatever or the additional stuffs I ask.

She does well. I wouldn’t use her if she didn’t. She comes in and does the job. Her punctuality, responsiveness and professional behavior is good.

Rebecca was great to work with. She did a good job of deep cleaning our home and she was very nice to our two dogs. There are, however, things she won't do, so double check with her before you book service to make sure she covers the cleaning you need.

.We met Rebecca, she was prompt, and talked a really good game. My wife and I were moving into the apartment in a few weeks and needed the place cleaned. Everything seemed in order we got her a key and set up to pay her with out checking the work first as we were out of town. when we arrived the day before all our furniture showed up the floors were nice and clean! The celing fans were partially dusted (How hard is it to dust celing fans!) none of the empty cabinets were cleaned, the oven looked like someone had spent 5 minutes wiping around, there was still residue streaks where the cleaning agent had not even been wiped out! I went to Home Depot bought a little cloth designed for cleaning ceramic stove tops, and with a little hot water and cleaning solution i cleaned the oven in about 15 minutes. (I have pictures)

We contacted Rebecca and explained our disappointment; she offered to come back but we decided against that option. I figured it was worth $160.00 to never see or talk to her again. Wish i had gotten my key back though!

Rebecca sent two of her "girls" (young ladies, to me) to work here. They arrived promptly, checked out what needed to be done, and got right to work.
I was not hovering over them as they worked, but I was available via cell phone if they had any questions.
I would not say that the job they did qualified as "deep cleaning." The edges of the floors in the kitchen, for instance, were not at all clean, and a few other things that are usually done even for regular cleaning weren't done, but the house smelled good, and it was assuredly a lot cleaner than it had been. The "girls" were most pleasant.

She did a fantastik job! I still use her. She also did light gardening work in my garden and did a great job! I would recommend her to others.

Rebecca showed up on time, was fully prepared with her own cleaning supplies, was pleasant, liked our dogs.  Did a great job.  House smelled great, looked great.  This house hadn't been cleaned in a long time!

Rebecca was phenomenal! This was the first time she came to my apartment, and with the anyone's first cleaning as expected, it  took a little more time and work to clean my apartment. I was so impressed with her work and efficiency. As a graduate student, I had a lot of organization issues in my home, and Rebecca not only cleaned but tidied my home and made it more functional. I was blown away by how quickly she worked and the job she had done. Communication was amazing -- responds well with phone calls and texts. Her calendar seems to fill up quickly (which is likely due to her excellent work!), but I'm glad to have the chance to have her come monthly. She also accepts cash, check, or credit card (via Square), which is also a great selling point. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to clean their house.

From the moment I contacted A Mothers Touch to inquire about services, Rebecca (the owner) was prompt, professional, and easy to work with.  She visited the house, at our convenience, to take a look around and offer a quote.  Despite having two large dogs, Rebecca was very easygoing with them.  The quote was competitive, and just based on her professionalism, my wife and I decided to use her services.
On the day of the appointment, Rebecca was punctual, brought her supplies, tolerated my working from home for the day, and very quickly and efficiently got to cleaning.  She was done in basically the timeframe she quoted us.  Most importantly, the house looked clean and smelled clean.

On time, efficient, very friendly and thorough!  A wonderful experience, and she is a lovely person!  I even explained some "hidden" things that I wanted cleaned, such as under the fridge, etc.  When she was finished, all was clean!

She did a basic cleaning. But I received so much more. She truly was a gem.
