I have an old house (built int he 1940s) with oak hardwood floors and they looked awful. Mario came by, did some quick measurements, and wrote me out an estimate that was a little lower than others I had seen. He and Josh started work on Monday and finished on Saturday morning. They sanded the floors, took off the old stain, and put down three coats of polyurethane. My floors look great! I wish I could upload the before and after photos here so other members can see what my floors looked like B.M. (before Mario) and A.M. (after Mario).

It went great! Mario was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to get along with. The work he performed was great, as well as the price! You cant tell where he had to repair the floors. They came out beautiful! The room with the new flooring looks identical to the 75 year old flooring. Mario and crew were also very fast, they were in and out in a few days.

I had somebody else that screwed the floor severely. It was horrible. The stain was still wet. It had been there for a week and he had to redo the whole thing. He said he was almost at the verge of pulling the floor out and start over. He sanded it and got it back down to bare wood, stained it twice or thrice, and he cleared it with a real special epoxy. He did an awesome job! He did not make any mess. I was just so impressed. You would think it was magic. He fixed it. I would definitely hire him again to do any kind of wood floor refinishing work.

Mario came to my house to access the scope of work to be done, he gave us an estimate for cost and the length of time the project would be. He came to my house on time (very punctual) he and his crew moved all our furniture into the garage. We went out of town for the week that it took him to do our floors. We spoke everyday on the phone, he sent me photographs as the project progressed. We came back home to find the most beautiful floors that we have ever had. He and his crew came in and moved all of our furniture back to its place. A wonderful experience with even better results.
We will definitely use him again and will highly recommend him to anyone who wants PERFECT wood floors.

They were very professional and reasonably priced. They were prompt and efficient. I was very happy with the finished product. They put three coats of polyurethane on the floor and around the base trim.
