Very prompt, professional service. Had to replace wiring and socket? On my 90y/o dad's RV. My dad was an electrician in WWII and over my life could wire anything. But dad has dementia and thinks he can still perform at his previous skill level. I explained this prior to electrician arrival. He handled my dad with kit gloves and was very patient. His fee was reasonable, I think. We really like him

Before the job, Mike Kole came out and met with me to do an assessment of my home's a/c needs, and answered all of my questions. He gave me several different options, since I was trying to decide between standard a/c vs heat pump system. Once I made a decision, he scheduled the install for the next day, and was ready to go on time. He and his team were professional and courteous, and they went beyond a basic install, taking care to seal the a/c closet, etc. AND, his price was very reasonable. Very impressed with the great service and the American Standard system. I would absolutely recommend Kole's a/c to anyone.
